Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Management Trainee (MT): Maximum 28 years (33 for SC/ST, 31 for OBC)
- Deputy Manager: Maximum 30 years (33 for OBC)
- Chief Manager: Maximum 40 years
- Age Relaxation: As per government rules
Educational Qualification
- Management Trainee (Digital Technology): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication or MCA with minimum 60% marks
- Management Trainee (Research and Analysis): Postgraduate in Economics with 60% marks
- Management Trainee (Rajbhasha): Master's Degree in Hindi/English with required combinations
- Management Trainee (Legal): Graduate Degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 60% marks
- Deputy Manager (Legal): LLB with minimum 60% marks and 1-year experience preferred
- Deputy Manager (Deputy Compliance Officer): ACS membership of ICSI with Graduation (60%)
- Chief Manager (Compliance Officer): ACS membership of ICSI with Graduation (60%) and minimum 10 years’ experience
Experience
- Deputy Manager (Legal): Minimum 1-year post-qualification legal experience preferred
- Deputy Manager (Deputy Compliance Officer): Minimum 1-year experience after obtaining ICSI membership
- Chief Manager (Compliance Officer): Minimum 10 years of experience (5 years post-ICSI membership)

- Chief Manager: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280
