Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit as of 01.03.2025
- Maximum Age: 40 years for Engineers ,Officers
- Maximum Age: 45 years for Assistant Manager
- Age Relaxation: As per government rules
Educational Qualification
- Engineer (Production): Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in a PSU or a large private sector process industry.
- Officer (Fire): Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Fire Engineering with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Fire Safety in a PSU or a large private sector industry. Must meet specified physical standards.
- Engineer (Electrical): Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in a PSU or a large private sector process industry. Preference for experience in the fertilizer/chemical industry.
- Engineer (Mechanical): Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in a PSU or a large private sector process industry. Preference for experience in the fertilizer/chemical industry.
- Assistant Manager (Liaison): Graduate in any discipline with a full-time MBA (Marketing). At least 5 years of post-qualification executive experience in liaison with government offices, autonomous bodies, and organizations. Must be proficient in MS-Office and possess excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

Salary / Pay Scale / Stipend:

- Assistant Manager (E-2): Rs. 20,600 - 46,500/- (Approx. CTC: Rs. 8.75 Lacs per annum)
