🎯 Eligibility Criteria for IPRCL PSE Recruitment 2025
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
Mandatory:
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Mechanical Engineering from a UGC/AICTE-recognized institution.
Valid GATE Score (last 5 years as of application closing date).
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Railway Engineering projects (Civil/Electrical/S&T/Mechanical).
Candidates must be currently working in:
Government Departments / PSUs / JV Companies / Autonomous Bodies
Private Listed Companies (with relevant Railway project experience).
2. Age Limit (as of 04.07.2025)
Maximum Age: 32 years
💰 Salary & Benefits
Monthly Pay: ₹54,000/- + HRA (₹10,000/₹7,500/₹4,000 for X/Y/Z class cities).

Employer’s PF Contribution (12%).
Annual Increment (3% + inflation-linked adjustment).
