For Assistant Manager Grade A (General):

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Business Administration/Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD)

For Manager Grade B (General):

Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree with 60%/55% marks (50%/pass for SC/ST/PwBD)
For Manager Grade B (Legal):

Bachelor’s degree in Law with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
For Manager Grade B (IT):

BE/B.Tech in IT/CS/Electronics or MCA with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD)

Experience

Grade A: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MSME/Corporate Credit or allied sectors
