Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess both of the following full-time qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognised university or institute.
- A two-year postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Communication, Public Relations, or a combination of these subjects, with at least 60% marks.

Selection Process
