Key Responsibilities
As the CEO of HCIL, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the overall performance and growth of HCIL, including Chefair inflight catering services.
Developing and implementing strategic business plans to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Leading financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth.
Strengthening the company’s market position in the hospitality and aviation sectors.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Managing key stakeholder relationships, including government authorities, business partners, and clients.
Driving innovation and implementing modern hospitality management techniques.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
MBA or equivalent Postgraduate Management Degree/Diploma
Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit is 57 years as of the date of the notification.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 20 years of managerial experience, with at least 5 years at a senior managerial level (not more than two levels below CEO/Head of Institute) in the hospitality sector, preferably in the aviation sector.
Sector-Specific Experience:
Public Sector Candidates:
Must be working at E-7 level or above in Central/State Public Sector Enterprises.
Private Sector Candidates:
Must be working not more than two levels below CEO/Head of a chain of hotels or airlines.
Should have worked in an organization with a minimum annual turnover of ₹60 crores in the last three financial years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24).
Selection Process
The selection will be based on a personal interview conducted by the company’s management. Only shortlisted candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be called for the interview.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Gross Emoluments: ₹2.40 lakh per month
