Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Master’s degree in one of the following:
- MBA (Master of Business Administration)
- PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management)
- PGPM (Post Graduate Program in Management)
- MMS (Master of Management Studies)
Experience (as on 31.12.2024)
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a managerial role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank (SCB) in Retail Banking.
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in product development in retail banking
