Educational Qualification
Candidates must have B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields. Alternatively, MCA, M.Tech, or MSc in relevant disciplines is also accepted from a recognized university.
Preferred qualifications include MBA in Systems, Finance, Operations, or Marketing. Certifications like PMP, CBAP, Scrum Master, ITIL, Prince2, Six Sigma, or Cloud certifications are desirable.
Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years as a Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst. Experience in the BFSI sector is preferred.
Salary
Annual CTC up to ₹45 Lakhs (negotiable based on experience). The package includes 85% fixed pay and 15% performance-based variable pay. Annual increments of up to 10% are applicable from the second year.
Age Limit
Applicants must be between 30 to 40 years as on 31 March 2026. Age relaxation is applicable: OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years, PwBD – up to 15 years as per category.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview. The interview carries 100 marks, and final selection will be based on merit. Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email or SBI website.
