THDC Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for the THDC Recruitment 2026.
Educational Qualification
For Finance positions, candidates must be qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) or Cost and Management Accountants (CMA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
For Human Resources positions, candidates must possess any one of the prescribed full-time qualifications, including an MBA with specialization in HRM, HRD or HRM with HR as the main or major subject and a minimum of 60% marks. A relevant Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare with at least 60% marks is also accepted. A minimum two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR or Labour Welfare with 60% marks, or a Master's degree in Social Work or MHROD from a recognized institution, is also eligible. LLB is mentioned as a desirable qualification.
Required Experience
Senior Manager (Finance / HR): Candidates must have 13 years of post-qualification executive experience, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade or equivalent level. The relevant experience should be in Accounts, Finance or Internal Audit for Finance positions, or Human Resources and Industrial Relations for HR positions.
Deputy General Manager (Finance / HR): Candidates must have 17 years of post-qualification executive experience, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade or equivalent level. Relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, Internal Audit, Human Resources or Industrial Relations is required according to the post.
Additional General Manager (Finance / HR): Candidates must have 21 years of post-qualification executive experience, including at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade or equivalent level. The required experience should be relevant to the respective Finance or HR position.
The cut-off date for determining age and experience is the opening date of online applications, 7 October 2026.

Salary
THDC India Limited offers an executive pay scale based on the grade of the post.

The compensation package includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, cafeteria-based perks and allowances, Performance Related Pay, accommodation or HRA, medical facilities, insurance, provident fund, gratuity, pension and other applicable benefits. Other facilities and reimbursements are provided according to the applicable THDC rules and guidelines.
Selection Process
The THDC Recruitment 2026 selection process consists of a Personal Interview. The marks obtained in the Personal Interview will be used to prepare the final merit list and empanel candidates for selection.

THDC Recruitment 2026 Important Instructions
- Internship, training, apprenticeship and teaching periods will not be counted as qualifying experience.
- All educational qualifications must be regular and full-time and obtained from recognized Indian universities or institutes.
- Government and PSU employees must apply through the proper channel or produce a No Objection Certificate at the time of the Personal Interview.
- Employees of Government departments, PSUs and autonomous bodies must submit a relieving letter from their current organization at the time of joining.
- Private-sector candidates must submit the required Form 16 documents and CTC certificate in the prescribed format.
