- Medical candidates (MD/MS/MCH) will be placed at Level-11 in the pay matrix, receiving a minimum salary of Rs. 67,700/- along with the Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) and other applicable allowances for Government of India employees located in Bilaspur, H.P.
- Non-medical candidates holding an M.Sc. with a Ph.D. will be assigned to Level-10 in the pay matrix, with a minimum salary of Rs. 56,100/- and other admissible allowances relevant to Government of India employees in Bilaspur, H.P. It is important to note that NPA will not be provided to non-medical graduates.
