This recruitment drive follows a Bombay High Court directive to assess the damage and losses faced by Project Affected Fishermen of TCB III.

Eligibility Criteria & Job Responsibilities
1. Senior Program Officer
Eligibility:
Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Disaster Management, or Environmental Science
Experience in research, policy evaluation, and coastal livelihood issues
Proficiency in Hindi/English/Marathi
Strong skills in data analysis (SPSS, Excel), GIS mapping, and report writing
Responsibilities:
Lead fieldwork, data collection, and team coordination
Mentor Research Officers and Field Investigators
Analyze survey data and prepare assessment reports
Develop survey tools and conduct training programs
2. Research Officer
Eligibility:
Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Disaster Studies, Environmental Science, or M.Tech
Experience in field research, policy evaluation, and coastal issues
Proficiency in Hindi/English/Marathi
Knowledge of GIS, SPSS, and Excel
Responsibilities:
Conduct field surveys and coordinate with government officials
Supervise Field Investigators and ensure data accuracy
Maintain daily reports and submit findings to Senior Program Officers
3. Research Intern-cum-Field Investigator
Eligibility:
Master’s degree in Social Sciences or Disaster Studies
Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory
Willingness to travel for fieldwork
Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and surveys in assigned locations
Maintain field notes and observation records
