Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for WAPCOS Recruitment 2026 must possess qualifications from recognized universities or institutions. Relevant work experience in the power distribution sector is mandatory for all posts.
Post Wise Qualification
- Assistant Project Manager: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in the power distribution sector.
- Team Leader: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Smart Metering Expert: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, IT, or MCA with 9+ years of experience in smart metering and AMI projects.
- Material Quality Expert: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 9+ years of quality inspection experience in power sector projects.
- SCADA Expert: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related fields with 10+ years of experience.
- Cloud Infrastructure Expert: Degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Applications with 6+ years of experience in cloud hosting and cyber security.
- Cyber Security Expert: Degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Applications with experience in VAPT, cyber audits, and risk mitigation.
- Field Engineer: Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with relevant quality inspection experience.
- Field Supervisor: Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related branches with relevant project experience.
Age Limit
