🎯 Eligibility Criteria – BEE Recruitment 2025
✅ Assistant Director (Technical) – Direct Recruitment
- Qualification: Master’s in Physics/Chemistry/Economics/Mathematics OR Bachelor's in Engineering
- Selection Mode: Based on valid GATE score
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years (relaxable for govt. servants by 5 years)
- Vacancy Distribution: UR-10, OBC-5, SC-3, ST-1, EWS-1
✅ Deputy Director General (Finance)
- Mode: Deputation/Short Term Contract
- Qualification: Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Energy Economics
- Experience: 16 years in financial/industrial financing, including 2 years in energy efficiency financing
- Age Limit: Max 58 years (deputation), 50 years (contract)
✅ Joint Director / Deputy Director (Technical & Non-Technical)
- Mode: Deputation
- Eligibility: Officers from Govt/PSU/Autonomous bodies with prescribed service in relevant Pay Levels
- Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s as applicable + energy auditor/manager certificate
- Experience: 5–10 years in energy efficiency, administration, or finance-related roles
- Age Limit: Max 56 years
✅ Assistant Director (HR/Finance/Media)
- Mode: Deputation
- Education: Bachelor’s/MBA (HR/Finance) / PG Diploma in Mass Comm.
- Experience: 3–5 years in relevant fields
- Age Limit: Max 56 years
