Educational Qualification :

✅Junior Manager (Finance): CA/CMA from a recognized institute.

✅Executive (Civil, Electrical, S&T): Diploma in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks.

✅MTS: Matriculation (10th Pass) + ITI in relevant trade with at least 60% marks.

Age Limit :

Applicants Must Be No Younger (Minimum Age) Than - 18Years
Applicants Must Be No Older (Maximum Age) Than - 30 Years

Salary / Pay Scale / Stipend:

✅Junior Manager: Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000/-

DFCCIL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process for DFCCIL Recruitment 2025 consists of the following stages:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):

   • 1st Stage CBT: Screening test with 100 questions (90 minutes duration).

   • 2nd Stage CBT: 120 questions (120 minutes duration).

   • Negative Marking: 1/4th mark deducted for each wrong answer.

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

   • Only for MTS posts.

   • Male candidates: Lift 35 kg and run 1000 meters in 4 minutes 15 seconds.

   • Female candidates: Lift 20 kg and run 1000 meters in 5 minutes 40 seconds.

3. Document Verification & Medical Examination:

   • Final selection based on merit and medical fitness.
