- Candidates are required to present their completed application form in the specified format, accompanied by a recent passport-sized color photograph, a comprehensive bio-data or curriculum vitae, and all pertinent original documents.
- Additionally, one set of self-attested photocopies must be provided as proof of educational qualifications, including all certificates and mark sheets from the 10th standard onward, as well as documentation of work experience, age, caste, and a valid photo identification (such as Aadhar Card, Indian Passport, PAN Card, or Driving License).
- Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the disqualification of the candidate's application. It is important to note that no individual will be allowed entry into the NIV premises without a valid photo ID, and candidates arriving after 10:00 AM will also be denied access.
