Eligibility Criteria for HEF Recruitment 2025
1. Educational Qualification
Diploma in Computer Science/IT OR
B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT
Preference: Candidates with Diploma in CS/IT will be prioritized.
2. Experience (Desirable)
Ex-Graduate Apprentices with 1-year training under Apprenticeship Act 1961 in Ordnance Factories (IT trade).
OR 1-year experience in Military Ammunition/Explosives manufacturing factories.
Selection Process
Selection Basis:
85% Weightage: Marks in Diploma/B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT)
15% Weightage: Personal Interaction/Interview
Merit List: Prepared based on combined marks.
Document Verification: Only shortlisted candidates will be called.
