Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Assistant Manager (E-I): Maximum 32 years
• Manager Grade-II (E-2): Maximum 35 years
• Manager Grade-I (E-3): Maximum 37 years
• Senior Manager (E-4): Maximum 40 years
• Age Relaxation: As per government rules

Educational Qualification

• Assistant Manager (E-I): B.E./B.Tech, AMIE, CA, ICWA, MBA (Fin), or LLB with a minimum of 55% marks.
• Manager Grade-II (E-2): B.E./B.Tech or AMIE in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks.
• Manager Grade-I (E-3): B.E./B.Tech, AMIE, or LLB with a minimum of 55% marks.
• Senior Manager (E-4): B.E./B.Tech, AMIE, or LLB with a minimum of 55% marks.

Experience

• Assistant Manager (E-I): Minimum 2 years of post-qualification executive experience.
• Manager Grade-II (E-2): Minimum 4 years of post-qualification executive experience.
• Manager Grade-I (E-3): Minimum 6 years of post-qualification executive experience.
• Senior Manager (E-4): Minimum 9 years of post-qualification executive experience.

Salary / Pay Scale / Stipend:

• Assistant Manager (E-I): Rs. 40,000/- per month + HRA
• Manager Grade-II (E-2): Rs. 50,000/- per month + HRA
• Manager Grade-I (E-3): Rs. 60,000/- per month + HRA
• Senior Manager (E-4): Rs. 70,000/- per month + HRA
