Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as of 01.03.2025)
- Minimum Age: 15 Years
- Maximum Age: 24 Years
- Age Relaxation: As per government rules
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. and Additionally, candidates must possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the designated trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

Salary / Pay Scale / Stipend:
- Fitter, Machinist, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Turner, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic: ₹12,261 per month
- CNC Programming cum-Operator: ₹10,899 per month.

- General/Others,EWS/OBC: ₹100 (via Indian Postal Order or Demand Draft in favor of Principal Financial Adviser/Rail Wheel Factory).
- For SC & ST,PWD/Ex-Servicemen: Exempted
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on the merit list prepared from the percentage of marks obtained in the 10th class examination
- In case of a tie, the older candidate will be preferred. If the age is also the same, the candidate who passed the 10th exam earlier will be given priority
