Anand Agricultural University (AAU) is inviting applications for Research Associates (RA), Teaching Associates (TA), Senior Research Fellows (SRF), and Young Professionals (YP-II) on a contractual basis for various research projects. Eligible candidates can attend the walk-in-interview on 1st May 2025 at the Directorate of Research, AAU, Anand.

1. Teaching Associate

• Project: Upgradation of Agriculture Wing to College of Agriculture

• Dept: College of Agriculture, AAU Jabugam

• Qualification:

  • Ph.D. in Soil Science/Agri. Chemistry/Agri. Meteorology
    OR

  • M.Sc. (Agri) + 3 years experience + 1 SCI/NAAS (≥4.0) paper

• Fellowship: ₹67,000 + HRA (Ph.D.) / ₹61,000 + HRA (M.Sc.)

• Age Limit: 40 (M), 45 (F)

2. Research Associate (Horticulture)

• Project: Research on Horticultural Fruit & Flower Crops

• Dept: Dept. of Horticulture, Anand

• Qualification:

  • Ph.D. in Horticulture (Fruit Science/Floriculture)
    OR

  • M.Sc. (Agri) + 3 years exp. + 1 SCI/NAAS paper

• Fellowship: ₹67,000 + HRA (Ph.D.) / ₹61,000 + HRA (M.Sc.)

3. Research Associate-III (Biotechnology)

• Project: National Certification System for Tissue Culture Plants (NCS-TCP)

• Fellowship: ₹67,000 + HRA

4. Research Associate (Genetics & Plant Breeding)

5. Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – Biotechnology

• Qualification: Master’s in Food Engineering/Agri. Structures + NET (for 3-yr degree holders)

• Desirable: Data analysis skills, NET/GATE, computer proficiency

9. SRF (Pesticide Residues)

• Project: Monitoring Pesticide Residues at National Level

10. Young Professional-II (YP-II)
