A. Operation & Maintenance

Experience: 3-20 years (varies by post) in earthmoving equipment, heavy machinery, or metallurgical industries.
B. Finance & Accounts
CA/ICMA/MBA (Finance) for E-1.
CA/ICMA/MBA (Finance) for E-2 & above.
Experience: 3-10 years in financial accounting, taxation, auditing, etc.
C. Materials Management
Bachelor’s Degree + MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management/Logistics/Supply Chain.
Experience: Procurement, storekeeping, vendor development.
D. Personnel & Administration
Graduate + MBA (HR)/PG Degree in Labour & Social Welfare.
Experience: HR management, labour laws, dispute resolution.
