Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
For Engineering (RE Posts)
Graduate in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Electronics / E&C / Instrumentation) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university.
For Finance Posts
Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) from a recognized institute.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive attractive pay as per IDA pay scale:
Deputy General Manager (E6): ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000
Assistant Manager (E2): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
Additional allowances and benefits will be provided as per company rules.
Age Limit
Maximum Age for Deputy General Manager: 44 Years
Maximum Age for Assistant Manager: 30 Years
Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD, and as per government rules for ex-servicemen.
