BCPL Non Executive Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
The educational qualification varies according to the post. Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification from a recognized institution or university.
- Foreman (Chemical): Diploma in Chemical, Petrochemical, Chemical Technology or Petrochemical Technology Engineering with at least 55% marks.
- Foreman (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 55% marks.
- Junior Superintendent (Human Resources): Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations, with minimum 50% marks in each. Computer proficiency is required.
- Foreman (Instrumentation): Diploma in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical & Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 55% marks.

BCPL Recruitment 2026 Salary and Benefits
BCPL offers attractive pay scales for eligible candidates selected for regular Non Executive posts. The salary depends on the grade and post.
- S-5 Grade: ₹28,500 to ₹86,570 for Foreman and Junior Superintendent posts.
- S-3 Grade: ₹25,000 to ₹81,430 for regular Operator and Technician posts.
- S-3 Trainee: ₹21,000 per month stipend during the training period.
Selected regular employees will be placed on probation for one year and will receive the initial basic pay applicable to their respective pay scale.
In addition to basic pay, eligible employees may receive benefits and allowances according to BCPL rules, including Industrial Dearness Allowance, perquisites, North-East allowance where applicable, HRA, conveyance maintenance reimbursement, medical facilities, Post Retirement Medical Scheme and Defined Contribution Pension Scheme.
