✅ Contract Duration: 1 year (extendable based on performance).
✅ Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (including 30-minute lunch break).
✅ Leave Policy: 1.5 days per month (no carry-forward or encashment).
✅ No Extra Benefits: No DA, accommodation, medical, or transport allowances.
✅ Confidentiality Clause: Consultants cannot disclose project details publicly.
✅ Termination Notice: 1-month notice or salary in lieu.

❌ No dual employment allowed during the contract period.
❌ Absence for 8+ days without notice leads to automatic termination.
