Educational Qualification
Manager (Procurement):
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Purchase/Material Management/Procurement & Supply Chain/Commerce/Business/Financial Management.
Programme Associate (Finance & Accounts):
Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce, Accountancy, BBA, or MBA in Financial Management/Accounting & Finance.
Experience
Manager (Procurement):
Minimum 3 years in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
Preferred: 5+ years in procurement for externally aided projects (ADB, World Bank, etc.).
Expertise in tender documents (EOI, RFP, RFQ), contract management, and financial rules (GFR 2017).
Programme Associate (Finance & Accounts):
Minimum 2 years in accounts, taxation, or financial management.
Knowledge of Tally or computerized accounting preferred
