Educational Qualification

Relevant experience of at least 2 years is required for most Scientist posts. Consultant posts require retired government/PSU officials with vigilance experience.
Salary
Scientist B/C: Pay Level 10 or Level 11 as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
Consultant – Vigilance: Salary as per Government of India norms.
Age Limit
Maximum Age for Consultant: 63 Years
Maximum Age for Scientist B/C: 35 Years
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
