Candidates must possess a regular full-time Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.

A valid GATE-2025 Score in Mining Engineering (MN) is mandatory. GATE scores from other years will not be accepted.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a salary under E-1 Grade of Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 1,80,000/-.
The initial basic pay during the training period will be Rs. 60,000/- per month.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 30 years as on 30 April 2026.
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules.

SC/ST: 5 Years

Selection Process
The selection process for CIL Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 will be based entirely on the valid GATE-2025 score.

Educational Qualification
