- GNM: Bachelor's Degree or GNM qualification recognized by the Nursing Council of India, with at least one year of experience in a Hospital.
- ANM: Matriculate with a certificate course of 18 months duration in FHW training from a recognized institution, registered in the Meghalaya Nursing Council.
- AYUSH Medical Officer Cum Community Health Officer (CHOs): BHMS from a recognized University with a valid Registration License from the Registrar Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Meghalaya, Shillong.
