📌 Eligibility Criteria
1. Field Officer (PLI/RPLI)
Qualification: Retired Central/State Govt. officials & Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS).
Age Limit: No age restriction.
2. Direct Agent (PLI/RPLI)
Qualification: 10th Standard pass or equivalent from a recognized board.
Eligible Candidates:
Unemployed/Self-employed youth
Ex-life advisors/Ex-Agents of insurance companies
Ex-Servicemen, Anganwadi workers, Mahila Mandal workers
Retired school teachers, SHGs, Gram Pradhan, Gram Panchayat members
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years at the time of the walk-in interview.
📌 Selection Process
Walk-in-Interview: Candidates must appear in person with the application form and required documents.
Interview Topics:
Knowledge of Life Insurance Industry in India
Understanding of PLI/RPLI products
Selection Basis: Performance in the interview.
📌 Important Requirements
Security Deposit: Selected candidates must submit ₹5,000 as cash security (NSC/KVP).
Training:
3 days in-house training on PLI/RPLI products
3 days practical training
Licentiate Exam: Must clear within 3 years of engagement (exam fee to be paid by the candidate).
License Fee:
Provisional License: ₹50
Permanent License: ₹100 (issued after passing the exam)
Renewal/Duplicate License: ₹50
Validity: 5 years (must renew on time to avoid termination).
📌 Commission & Incentives
PLI Commission:
New Business: 4%–20% of first-year premium (based on plan & term)
Renewal Business: 1% of renewal premium
RPLI Commission:
New Business: 10% of procurement premium
Renewal Business: 2.5% of renewal premium
Note: No TA/DA will be provided for the interview or business procurement.
